Terms &
Conditions

Last updated: June 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deus Amat website and your purchase of products from us. Deus Amat is a Christian clothing brand based in the State of Georgia, United States. In these Terms, “Deus Amat,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Deus Amat. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

01 Who We Are

Deus Amat is a Christian apparel brand. Our products and messaging reflect the historic Christian gospel. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any church, denomination, or any charitable organization we may support.

02 Eligibility

This site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use this site and place orders only through a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf; that parent or guardian is the responsible contracting party and is responsible for the order. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 (or are an authorized parent/guardian acting for a minor), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

03 Products & Print-on-Demand

Our apparel is produced on a print-on-demand basis through independent third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Items are printed and shipped after you order.

  • Product images are representative. Actual colors, garment shade, fit, and print placement may vary slightly due to monitor settings, garment dye lots, and the nature of print-on-demand production.
  • Garments are printed using direct-to-film (DTF) or comparable printing methods. Minor variation between items is normal and is not considered a defect.
  • Sizing charts are provided as a guide; measurements may vary by up to approximately one inch.

04 Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Checkout, payment processing, and order management are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

05 Shipping & Delivery

Because we use more than one fulfillment partner, an order containing multiple items may ship in separate packages, from different locations, and may arrive on different dates, sometimes with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

  • Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Print-on-demand items require production time before shipping.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

06 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final except in the case of a defect, misprint, or item damaged in transit, or except as otherwise required by law.

  • If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us at support@deusamat.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If we confirm a qualifying defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please consult the sizing guide before ordering.

07 Charitable Giving

A core part of our mission is funding the spread of the gospel among persecuted and unreached communities. The following summarizes our commitment to give 90% of our cumulative net profit to that work, and describes exactly how that amount is calculated and fulfilled.

OUR GIVING COMMITMENT

We commit to giving 90% of our cumulative net profit to charitable organizations that support the persecuted church and gospel outreach.

How it is calculated

  • Basis — net profit, not revenue. “Net profit” means our total revenue less all costs of doing business (including but not limited to product and fulfillment costs, platform and payment fees, taxes, and other operating expenses). Giving is measured against net profit, never gross sales or revenue.
  • Cumulative accounting. Net profit is measured cumulatively over the life of the business rather than in isolated periods. A loss in any year is carried forward and offsets future profit.
  • The formula. In any given year, the gift owed equals 90% of cumulative net profit to date, less all charitable gifts previously made under this commitment. This anchors every payment to total profit earned and total already given, so the obligation is always exact.
  • Loss recovery. Because the gift is the difference between 90% of cumulative net profit and gifts already made, the amount owed in any year may be zero — for example, after a loss year, or after years in which giving has run ahead of cumulative profit. No gift is owed until 90% of cumulative net profit once again exceeds total gifts already made.
  • Cadence. We reconcile our books and distribute the corresponding gift on an annual basis, following our year-end close.

Recipients

Gifts are distributed among a small group of vetted non-profit organizations engaged in gospel outreach and support of the persecuted church. Recipient organizations are independent of Deus Amat; naming an organization on our site reflects our support of their work and does not imply their endorsement of our brand.

This commitment is a statement of our intent and values. It does not create a contractual right enforceable by any customer, third party, or charitable organization, and the specific recipients and amounts may change at our discretion. We may adjust this policy as the business evolves.

08 Intellectual Property & Artwork

The Deus Amat name, logo, brand marks, site content, and product designs are the property of Deus Amat or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Artwork featured on our products is created by independent artists and licensed or commissioned for our use. These artists are not employees, partners, or representatives of Deus Amat and may not share our beliefs or convictions. Where we link to an artist’s external page, that page is operated solely by the artist and may contain content we do not endorse.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, infringing others’ rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deus Amat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deus Amat and its officers and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12 Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as artist social-media pages, Shopify, and our social channels). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
